Besitzer war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Leider war an vielen Stellen viel alter Schmutz (Lampen, Leuchten, Oberseiten von Kästen, usw)

Wow, what an amazing villa. The beds were so comfy, the view was amazing, and the villa is brand new and very modern. Highly recommend if you´re looking for something out of the ordinary

The property is advertised as a 6 bedroom villa. There are pictures of a bathroom with a bath on the description and the pictures of the rooms don’t show the self contained bedrooms which felt cold and stark. There is no bath. It has only 1 bedroom with en-suite, 2 small double bedrooms with shared bathroom/ laundry room, 1 bedroom is a tiny single and 1 self contained unit with a cooker/fridge which was hardly luxury. There were 2 other self contained units outside the house that were available. One was a settee bed and at the bottom of a steep driveway. The other S/C unit was in next door’s house belonging to the owner of the property. We wanted to stay as a family in a 6 bedroom luxury villa - each family with their own luxury bedroom and en-suite and the children with their own bedroom. The pictures are very clever and misleading.

The design

Cutlery and silverware was not clean . We asked for a champagne bottle, commonly we should expect glasses! The fire place was not working therefore we had to freeze in this weather considering we’re from Egypt. The door to the bedroom would not fully close n if we manage to we were not able to open it from the inside, which leaves my daughter stuck inside . Moreover, we were there for our Christmas holiday and were not able to enjoy the amenities promised by your team, neither did they respond to any of our complaints . Really disappointing!

Says 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms. There are not. One guest had to sleep on sofa, 2 had to share bed. They agreed twin beds but on arrival this was not possible as all doubles. The host lives next door but uses this property’s garage when drunk to smoke in. There is no pool or coffee house on site. Their website Enter Tromso as well as this one full of inaccuracies. Having spent £2523 I feel robbed.
