"Very relaxing place."

Excellent Stay. Everything was perfect. Especially the cleaning staff was super friendly and amazing.

I think they could have more security measures at the entry at night. Itโ€™s not crucial but thatโ€™s the only think I would improve. Still 10/10

Location was good Villa was well presented but the advertised property was NOT suitable for us to stay and mis advertised. There was only one bed NOT 2 as advertised

My experience was extremely disappointing. Booking.com had this villa advertised with 2 beds and on the photo we could see 2 rooms off the garden/pool area however this was wrong. The 2nd room was the hosts and locked off and the 2nd bed is a day bed in the open garden. The host accepted and realised the error however booking.com have not accepted that they mis-advertised this property and did not give me a full refund as requested. I vacated the next morning after arriving at midnight. Initially the host tried to accommodate us with alternative arrangements but they were not suitable. An extra fold out bed in the one bedroom was not okay for 2 adults with a 10 day booking. The host offered a full refund initially but then changed her mind when she decided booking.com was at fault. Booking.com have not responded or replied to my communications regarding this and I have had to escalated the complaint

property was nice and spacious and the private pool was amazing! location was good as well and staff when present was helpful

they didn't have a first aid kit at the premise and also they are not 24hours with no reception after 4pm ( the admin on booking.com was saying that they are not 24h and they are a homestay when i asked for gauze or antiseptic when i fell down at night) there are staff there till 4pm only and we could not leave our luggage there later than 4pm. just a FYI for anyone booking there
