Rumah Elizabeth & Rumah Janneke

It's a cottage. It's a cottage in one of the most amazing spots you'll stay. Sometimes I liked to watch tourists stumble down the narrow stairs with their mouths open because they can't believe the amazing location. We brought a bag of instant noodles, fruit and beer and we weren't a far walk to the drag with many shops. If you are in moderate physical condition the stairs won't be so bad. Uluwatu is an expensive area so this was a really decent value for the location. I saw a dugong playing in the waves, we surfed and swam, it was an amazing stay.

The mattress could use an upgrade. I would have liked a curtain over the mosquito net on the window side of the bed as the light woke us up very early.

The view. The reason you come to this place is the view. My boyfriend surfed impossibles out the front every day while I napped and sunbathed and read. very tranquil place.

The steps. Everyone says the steps. We knew they were coming but my legs still hurt.

toilet and shower smelt think it was the water, power keep cutting in and out, very hard to access a lot of steps, aircon unit was sparking up and almost on fire at one point; they did attend to this quickly to fix it

Beautiful views Staff were very helpful and with our luggage. We would have never brought that Much if we knew how difficult it was to get to the property.

You are warned there are a few steps to get to the accommodation however it is much like an obstacle course to get there. I would definitely not go back to the property in the dark as it’s very dangerous. When you get there the place is beautiful, I think it’s more suitable for people who want to just go to the beach and stay in all day and night and cook etc whereas we wanted to go out most the time but it was too hard getting there and back.
