The room was big with all the amenities. Pool was great.

There were only two options for breakfast, either a toast with eggs or a bowl of fruit, both with juice and coffee. I found it quite less than what is usual in Bali where normally a breakfast contains both of the choices and more..

The decor is beautiful. It really felt special staying at Santana. The facilities were amazing and we slept brilliantly. It was lovely having such a big pool all to ourselves and the location is perfect to walk to the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was brought to our room and again it was delicious and so well presented. Overall we had an amazing stay and we couldn’t fault anything.

The staff were kind and helpful. The pool was a nice size for two of us, and the breakfast was yummy. The location is perfect, walking distance to bingin beach and other restaurants and the Bali training center.

The kitchen was a bit of a strange layout on the side but we didn’t cook, so wasn’t an issue for us.

The staff were fabulous - nothing was too difficult for them. My advice would be to hire a bike - location was good but too far to walk to majority of the good restaurants - local restaurants (Seed and Latino great restaurants but you can’t go there every night) - villa is also quite a long way to any beach. Location lovely and quiet and villa had all we could ever need. We didn’t cook at all but it had a full kitchen which would great if you wanted to cook. Wifi was good as well.

Loved villa 2 but the bed was actually very hard - we do love a firm bed but this one in villa 2 was quite hard - it probably needs an overlay to take the edge off the hardness.
