The villa looks nice from the outside and the location is convenient.

We discovered a bed bug infestation during the night, which made the villa completely uninhabitable. At around 3 AM we were forced to leave immediately and book another hotel at our own expense. No assistance was provided during the night, and we were told to wait until 11 AM to speak with a manager. When we finally got in contact, the staff was extremely rude and showed no understanding of the seriousness of the situation. As someone working in management, I can say this is one of the worst standards I have ever encountered. A property in these conditions should not be rented at all and requires immediate professional treatment. It is also very concerning that instead of properly handling the situation, they suggested treating the booking as a “no-show” to issue a refund, which seems like an attempt to avoid responsibility.

Breakfast was good, only 2 options but quality was decent

It was the perfect size, pretty spacious for two people, had a great pool with a view when you were laying in bed. The room itself was very nice, breakfast was included and all the staff were lovely.
