Nice & private with plenty of space, good pool. Good location and base for exploring, would recommend hiring a scooter for exploring the local area.

Airconditioning units too small for the bedrooms and not effective, not a problem if you're used to the heat. No hot water in the shower, didn't bother us for the short stay.

Perfect place to relax and explore uluwatu! The house was cleaned daily by the amazing staff and they helped us with our questions.

A beautiful peaceful villa - there is lots of building and development taking place around the villa but this did not affect us at all. Beautifully appointed with all the required amenities. Exactly as per the pictures

The privacy, the rooms with its own bathroom each and the pool was cute. Also the decoration is lovely and made us feel more relaxed and comfortable

Nothing! Maybe could be a couple more of chairs or something to rest after the pool, as the property is for 4 people

Assistance from the staff is ok and they are easily reachable.

The "villa" is really only 2 small bedrooms with an outdoor common area. The whole area is a construction site and noise and mosquitoes means it is impossible to enjoy outdoor area. Location is remote and it is not possible to walk anywhere, so renting a scooter is a must. Towels were not changed every day, and standard of service is lower than for a standard hotel. The place has the bare minimum (4 plates, 4 glasses) but nothing else to make you feel home. "Auto check in" is also very impersonal. It is clear that priority is return on investment and not quality of stay for tourists. Sadly the whole Bingin area is going this way.
