the staff were really lovely and kind

the access was much worse then outlined online. you can’t order food or drinks to the villa without having to go up the stairs which are very difficult to take. the villa and furniture overall were quite rundown and needs a good clean. we weren’t met with any host to talk us through the stay either.

The access (as per the description) is challenging but charging 100k per bag for a porter is really quite high! There really needs to be a Manadala meeting point for guests added to google maps. We had 9 people arrive on bikes separately and coordination was so challenging for parking and getting to the villa without a clear meeting/parking point. Same applies to ordering Gojeks for food delivery and transport. A small mini bar options would be great given minimal shops/food delivery difficult

An absolutely 10/10 experience this place is like nothing I’ve seen in bali is is stunning ! It was easy to arrange getting there. However the hike up was a little tough but nothing crazy as is it on cliff. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful.

we sort of have our private beach, which is nice and clean, not much ppl around. the staffs are super nice, really helpful, great breakfast.

the location is a bit hard to get to, if u only stay in the villa then it's fine, but if u want to go out to eat or shop, always long way stairs up and down,

Beautiful place on the cliffs. This is now one of my favorite spots in Uluwatu. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The place was very clean. I'll definitely be back again.

PSA- absolutely nothing. The only thing that worked was the WIFI. 😂😂 Staff tried, but was terrible.

where do I start.😵‍💫 DO NOT BELIEVE the PICs. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 Totally dilapidated, mosquito infested rooms. Really run down. After they collected the money, on the day of check in, totally unresponsive. Tel number didn’t work. Stained bed sheets, broken furniture, lights not working, smelly dirty toilets that make you not wanna step in. My kids had to stop drinking water for fear of stepping in to the toilets. If you like nature, plenty of bugs everywhere… with you, in bed and your meals. Don’t believe the promises, they send a note saying they have cooks, BBQ, chef etc. we arrived at 3pm sharp. They said it’s too late to do dinner… had to settle our own. Order take out. 😵😵 Dirty, sticky floors, and really oily. We left by 8am coz we couldn’t stand another minute there. The tide closes in at 1030am. So you had to leave by then, otherwise you’re stranded. Check out is NOT noon. It’s absolutely ridiculous that you have to cross 3 other properties to get there, STEEP steps, algae filled, utterly dangerous with rails all falling apart. if you’re older, with kids or not physically fit, please don’t Risk your life just for a view. Bali has way better views and places. 🌈🌈🌈 Managment really doesn’t care about the place and the cost is totally exorbitant for what you get. It only looks good in the photos from YEARS ago. zero upkeep, with staff totally untrained for hospitality, but nice peeps. I can only pray no one gets hurt going there, esp in wet weather, and I hope this review makes the owners do something about it. 😵😵😵

The location, staff and property were amazing, though the bathrooms could do with a huge clean. Such a beautiful spot, with a private beach and sunsets to die for!

The bathrooms could do with a good clean and better communication re: food options etc would have been a huge help.
