no breakfast but great location not too busy

Wifi was a bit sketchy but mostly ok. No breakfast offered but great cafe close by.

Good layout in good location near Cashew Tree. Responsive staff.

The property is a bit tired and unloved for the price. Eg some tiles in bathroom and pool are worn/green with some missing. Water leaks from roof into bathroom and there were cockroaches. It is on a busy corner so there is traffic noise. First night there was also music at a neighboring property until late and a cat was in the villa compound that howled all night. 2nd night was better, no cat or music. During the day there was construction nearby - not villa’s fault but not mentioned prior. 2nd day electricity and water went out but they fixed very quickly. It is an ok place but we were a bit disappointed compared to pictures e.g. pool not as big as presented and place not as crisp. Expensive for what it is.
