The property was absolutely stunning. Completely spotless. The pool area was completely private and so relaxing.

It was out of town, so need a car, but didn’t mind that.

The location just 5min from the airport was perfect. The area is calm and quiet. The unique style combines traditions wiith modern facilities, comfort, privacy, and authenticy. The villa is well looked after, clean and well equipped. Good wifi and lovely pool. Beautiful terrace on the 2nd floor perfect for relaxing, morning coffee or dinner. The game room is a nice extra touch.

The floor in one of the bedrooms is not straight which felt a bit strange. No air con in the bedrooms but the 2 units in common areas were powerful and cooled the bedrooms down if the doors into the rooms were left open. The lights in the pool didnt work and there were a couple of burned lamps in the house making some areas a bit dark but these are really minor points. The Villa is amazing!

Beautifully renovated and maintained. Spotlessly clean. Spacious with plenty of places to sit both inside and outside. Refreshing pool. Towels galore. Good communication for our late arrival time and for departure.

Slightly out of the way so need a car or taxi for restaurants and supermarket. Ubers are easy to get though. Neighbour had a dog that barked a lot overnight so sleeping with windows open in heat was difficult and no aircon in bedrooms.

Spotlessly clean. Everything we could think of was supplied and in working order. We were greeted with wine, water, fruit, cheese, bread. A wonderful surprise on arrival.

We absolutely loved Villa Belleza. It had everything you need and clean. We loved the area. It was nice and peaceful, literally 4 min from the airport, 30 to Dubrovnik, and 10 min to Cavtat. The Villa is exactly as on the pictures, but better in person. Vesela waited for us and showed us the house. She is a very nice lady, and we would definitely stay here again.

The pool is very nice. As is the upper terrace. The welcoming was very warm, there was wine, fruit, bread, cheese etc waiting for us in the kitchen. The whole villa is spacious and perfect for a relaxing holiday.
