"No heating in winter, 3 nights of suffering cause of poor service"

- on the first evening we arrived to the house around 6pm, auto gate was not working. Fine, they admitted this had happened 2 weeks ago when they last had guest but they cant fix it as it was eve of eve of Christmas. This was still acceptable (not exactly safe cause gate couldn’t be closed just left open) - The key to open the door didn’t work for the main door so we had to call the duty manager then only he explained that the key can be used for other doors and we should ie no instructions given before hand - After settling in, we found that there was no hot water or heater and we messaged for help but manager insisted it works and that he would come by only the next morning at 11am to check. That meant we had to spend the night not showering and sleeping in freezing cold (outside temperatures was 5 degrees!). We spent the whole night trying to figure out the heating and realised it wasnt even plugged in when they insisted they had checked just a day before that it was working. finally in morning the heating was working somehow - To make things worse, the electricity kept short circuiting even when we are not using dryer or extra heater or doing anything - Next day, manager came while we were out to fix issue of one of the toilets not having water. He was nice to bring extra portable heaters and fix the heating issue. When we came back, we tried using the portable heaters but couldnt because it kept short circuiting the whole house the moment just one of it was plugged in. The hot water we finally got only lasted 3 showers and then it was out and so there was also no heating again. Manager insisted the tank has 300l enough for 8-10pax but we didnt even shower for long. He said we just had to wait to tank to refill but we waited for hours but still there was no heating or hot water. So again, we slept in the cold and some of us not able to shower.

We had a small problem with the villa which was fixed within the day, so good communication and organisation.

If it had a pool it would be perfect
