Villa Sun

This is a well located property close the airport but within easy driving distance to Dubrovnik and many other locations including cross border trips. The house was spotlessly clean and had more than everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Villa Sun is a beautifully furnished, modern and welcoming villa with a great view and private location. The beds were all very comfortable and it had all the mod cons needed. Would love to come back and stay again!

The size, location, furnishings, facilities, garden and pool

There was nothing about the property to dislike

Very friendly, helpful and flexible hosts. There were fresh fruits, wine, cold drinks and basic ingredients waiting on arrival. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool and plenty deck chairs. Beds were comfortable and having both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms was very convenient. Even though the distance from the airport is less than 5 min, the noise was minimal. We would be happy to come back again.

We liked everything.

It is immaculate, cool and beautiful - such a wonderful property for its position (Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Montenegro) and a wonderful place to stay for some rest and relaxation - you can see the Adriatic from the balcony! It really was faultless and the bedroom and bathroom downstairs was perfect for my mother. Contact with the hosts was excellent.

Villa was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were very friendly, answered questions quickly and met us there on arrival. Also let us check in early as no-one was in before us which was really helpful. Pool was really clean and perfect temperature to cool down from the heat. Lots of pool towels too which we really appreciated. We even saw a tortoise one morning in the garden! Beds were comfy (3 large ones and 1 single). We felt very safe there. In our opinion you do need a car, there isn’t much within walking distance unless you like a good long walk in the heat! We had a rental car but did also Uber one evening so we could all drink, Uber was very easy to use. We loved nearby Cavtat and went there most days, aswell as Bar Luka in Cilipi and Dubrovnik Old Town (so hot!). All in all a lovely first time in Croatia and we’d definitely return.

Perfect size for 4 (all adults) but I feel more than 4 people may be a little squeeze…not bed wise but living space wise and outdoor by the pool.

We liked everything! The place is really a great place to stay in this area, close by to Dubrovnik. The pool is just great and the place itself was very clean. Marina, the owner, provided all the little things required to stay in such a house upfront upon arrival, like (dish washing) tablets and some basic food as a starter. She really made us feel welcome and relaxed! We really had a great stay for almost a week and will likely return next year.
