quiet, secluded location, upper-level apartment: functional stove, refrigerator, and washing machine

unstable Internet, jury-rigged toilet flush, no hot water on the last day, non-functional refrigerator (lower apartment)

Everything.It was dirty and not fit to live in. 1 electric socket in kitchen for the mouldy fridge,you could not even make a hot drink never mind try to cook anything. The whole place stank of dampness. We tried to sleep there the first night of three but had to move out in the early hours because my wife was so upset. The whole description of the place was totally false, it took us three hours to gain access because the keys were not in the plant pot as promised so no phone signal had to drive four miles down the mountain to try and make contact and after doing that twice we finally got a cleaner lady to answer the door,she had locked herself inside with all shutters closed even though this was three hours after our arrival time. The outside space oh god mouldy heaped up furniture never been used for years,children play ground was a death trap. After I complained to the landlord and asked for a refund he later asked for 30 eur tourists tax . He totally ignored my complaints. By the way I am not a complainer, have booked via booking .com for 20 years and have never made a complaint. This property is disgraceful don’t go there.
