Nisos Villas Corfu

The property was clean, spacious and well laid out, each bedroom had its own bathroom. For a family of 6 adults and a baby it was ideal. The pool was lovely and an ideal temperature. We had a lovely stay for a week and the host was very friendly and helpful and gave us some good recommendations, boukari beach was so lovely we went there twice and had lovely fresh fish. The airport is not too far away and Corfu old town is a lovely place to visit, shop, dine and wander around both during the day and in the evening.

The property is located on the coast road and as such the traffic was quite noisy. The access to the sea was limited as the water is full of seaweed close to the shore and as such is not really suitable for swimming, if you prefer to swim in the sea rather than the pool, as some of our group do. You need a car to get into the small town of Benitses as there is no footpath to walk along the only coastal road into town, we did try and walk there one afternoon but with the traffic it’s not very safe and certainly not to be done after nightfall! If you are into plane spotting there are planes coming into land every hour, looking towards the sea at the back of the property, they are not very noisy as they are landing but if you want perfect tranquility this is not the villa for you.

The villa and the host were absolutely nothing like the description. The host ignored my messages for a week and then told me to contact him on WhatsApp if anything was urgent. The communication was extremely unprofessional — they constantly misspelled my name. That alone says enough about this so-called “professional host.” The villa itself was in terrible condition: peeling walls inside and outside, ants everywhere, torn bed sheets, and beds so small that even at 168 cm tall my legs were hanging off the edge. An adult man would not even be able to sleep there properly — the beds are literally made for dwarfs. Instead of proper toiletries shown in the photos, there was just one cheap “10-in-1” bottle for everything. The entire property and the pool area were dirty, and all surfaces were sticky and covered in greasy stains. There was absolutely no sense of cleanliness. We even had to unload the dishwasher ourselves because the staff could not be bothered to put the dishes away. It is honestly disgraceful. We only asked for a refund for 2 days because as soon as we found another place to stay, we immediately left this dump. We did not even ask for compensation for the entire ruined experience. They refused to return the money and behaved like scammers. A Booking.com agent communicated with them directly and later informed us that Booking.com itself would compensate us because the owners refused to take any responsibility for the situation or for their dishonest behavior.

Not much to say. The water pressure in the kitchen was a bit slow. And the location the map on our booking took us to was wrong. But very minor details.

Gino很热情友好，四个房间都有独立卫浴，拥有私人泳池和mini私人海滩。

入住几天都没有提供新毛巾。 一个瘦的女员工非常没有礼貌，退房时(11:00)直接冲进房间，还对另一名员工说：No sorry，just come in.几分钟后，我们收拾好行李，老人小孩在吃早餐这个女人直接把我们的食物倒掉，让我们必须离开，否则报警。这是我十几年欧洲旅行从未遇到过的如此无礼的住宿员工！！！

Great location, good views and lots of space. Near bus stop to get into Benitses!
