Sehr schönes, geräumiges und stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung vom Haarfön über Mückengitter bis zu Surfboards. Sehr sauber (ausser stark verschmutzte/r Backbleche/Ofen und Oberflächen von Küchenschränken). Gute Anbindung an das Dorf, gleichzeitig private Lage mit schönem, grossem Garten und fantastischer Aussicht auf die umliegenden Hügel. Kommunikation war vorbildlich, zuverlässig und freundlich. Auch Problembehebung vor Ort ging sehr schnell.

Schade war der eher ungepflegte Umschwung: kaputte, verschimmelte Sitzkissen, Kissenbezug fehlte teilweise, leere und kaputte Pflanzentöpfe, vertrocknete Pflanzen etc. Sonnenschutz fehlte gänzlich, Schirm wurde auf Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt, wünschenswert wäre Sonnensegel o.Ä. um Essplatz auf der Terrasse nutzen zu können. Zwei kaputte und unbrauchbare Fahrräder stehen "zur Verfügung" (Platten und verrostet).

"Enjoyed it, yet not a ‘bargain’, pretty high priced"

Nice location, clean and practical house. BBQ and surf boards was a good addition!

Kitchen utensils/kitchenware rather low standard (IKEA), not up to standard of house. Better one sharp knife, than 10 old ones. Only 4 beach towels for six was a bit modest.
