Modern clean and very accommodating

Nothing not to like

Had a pleasant stay. House was very clean, all essentials were there, very unproblematic.

Sweet and comfortable house with living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. The living space is modern renovated and kitchen has some supplies and equipment that make the stay a leisure. The host was friendly, although we didn't meet. They had instructions inside and a code on the door. The beach is ~15m walk and the center is much close. The parking on site is suitable for 2 cars. The garden is nice spacious for a sitting, relaxing and eating a meal.

The bedrooms are a bit outdated compared to the lower floor. You have to bring your own towels and bedsheet..etc There wasn't enough soap or coffee so we had to buy them (don't know if we should expect or not).

The property is really close to everything: a supermarket, the city centre and the beach are all in walking distance. The tram in front of the house and the parking spots in the driveway are of course a big plus. Although other reviewers complained about street noise, we weren’t bothered by anything. The house is cozy, essentials like toilet paper, coffee machine and cleaning material are there and the living room is beautifully furnished.

The mattresses could really be replaced; they are quite hard and you can see they are rather old and used. The windows cannot be tilted, which is impractical as well. It‘s also unfortunate that the garden is not enclosed, especially for those who bring their dogs along. Nevertheless, we had a great stay and the positive points outweighed the negative ones by far!
