Such a special place, beautiful villa, beautiful views, everything you need and some! We loved everything, from amazing facilities like Sauna, pool, hot tub to the extremely comfortable beds. Nikoleta and her husband are such wonderful hosts too.

Host was very supportive, very fast reacted all question. Villa was very cozy, clean, beautiful and our family felt that we are welcome there. Perfect place for big family.

I like everything

Absolutely everything! The gorgeous location in the mountains with incredible views but still so close to everything, the beautiful villa which has been renovated to a stunning high standard, all the fantastic amenities like the heated pool, hot tub, sauna, wine cellar, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful areas to relax in. But most of all, our most wonderful host, Nikoleta, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We were there for a week with a group of family and friends to celebrate my 50th birthday, and Nikoleta made sure to make us feel so welcome, with stocking the fridge, gifts and a special vegan cake she made for me, fresh vegetables delivered from her garden, tips and helpful information of restaurants and local incredible beaches and sights, and excellent transport services from her husband’s company. We could not fault a thing, it was absolutely magical! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Nikoleta and her beautiful family for making this the most incredible trip of a lifetime

There was absolutely nothing that we did not like, it was perfect!

This property has an incredible view, and the host is wonderful. The home is very clean and beautiful. We stayed with two families with 4 little children and very much enjoyed it. The owner was wonderful and very accommodating, we'd definitely stay at this property again.

No Complaints at all! We appreciated staying in the country away from Dubrovnik, for it is a very busy tourist zone.

When I say the hosts were the best hosts in the world, I mean it. We were greeted by the lovely Nikoleta who showed us around the AMAZING villa and gave us top tips on where to go, places to eat, great beaches and let us know she'd be on hand 24/7 to help us with anything - and damn did she mean it. Nikoleta and her husband Pavo ensured we had everything we needed, booked us on a wonderful boat trip and arranged the best tables at the local restaurants (who gave us 10% off for being guests of Villa Royale). The restaurants closeby to the villa are amazing for great food and free locally made liquor to start - plus everythings a better price for being set slightly further away from the city. Pavo runs a taxi business meaning getting around was no trouble and they kindly offered us lifts to restaurants that were closeby when our designated driver fancied a tipple. The villa is based in the mountains which was such a treat and felt like an absolute oasis, with a short 30-40 minute drive to Dubrovnik center - it was the perfect mix of local life, surrounded by nature and beauty but close enough to the town to nip through to see the incredible city. I can't recommend staying here enough, we're a group of friends celebrating a 30th birthday with a 3 month old baby (who nikoleta provided everything we would possibly needed for) and had the time of our lives. Added bonus is the best beach I have ever been to is only 10 minutes away - recommended by the hosts - we would never have known about it otherwise. We will be back and cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful hosts, it was really the holiday of a lifetime. Book book book!!!

It was just amazing We have travelled a lot and this is the best villa that I have ever stayed in. The location was unbelievably beautiful in the Croatian mountains just a stone’s throw away from beautiful beaches and towns. Our hosts Nicoletta and Pavo were also the best I have known.Nothing was too much and communication was superb. We were lucky enough even to have homemade liquers,olive oil and many vegetables and produce from their own garden. They even made sure that my son could watch his favourite team play a football match in one of the local bars. we couldn’t have asked for more from some really lovely people. Absolutely no hesitation in going back and would highly recommend
