It is a very central location to many spots in Hakodate. You can literally walk to many places. The red brick warehouse is just behind and makes a loverly walk in the night. There's a small convenience store opposite as well. Brightly lit and clean. Very cosy with a cool exterior.

It right beside the road. However, streets are quiet so it's manageable. There's only one lock to secure the apartment, thankfully security in the area is okay. There are no locks in the toilet and bathroom. Also feature lights are low hanging, can easy hit it if you are tall or when raising hands.

Cleanliness is superb. Location is good, we walked easily to Red Brick Warehouses, and even the Mount Hakodate Ropeway was walkable. For other attractions further away, we took the tram from Jujigai station to get to Hakodate JR station for the buses there. The house was facing the road but it wasn’t noisy at all.

Very comfortable and clean It suited a family of 8 of us into a room, though only a shower room and a toilet are available.

There will be good if there are 2 bathroom for 8 of us

The location and the house itself, neat clean and very homey vibe, though they don't offer parking, but parking spaces are all within walking distance.

I wouldn't recommend this place for a group more than 5, they offer 4 queen beds in the house, but all in an open area, and they only have one bath and toilet, a big group could be very tight.

Clean, Great location. So comfortable. Used the soaking tub everyday to relax. Love the japanese style home.

Location is excellent, which is very close to the red brick warehouse and Hakodate mountain ropeway. Room is spacious and has the necessary equipment. Apartment is close to convenient store and supermarket.
