La ubicación

Por llegar tuvimos que esperar un rato a que nos atendieran porque la chica que lo llevaba estaba cortando cebolla literal.(Después fue muy amable ya que por la noche nos calentó leche para unos biberones. Aunque señaló que nos lo hacía pero que ya estaba la cocina cerrada, cuando en teoría cerraban a en punto y eran menos 20…..) Después había un problema con la reserva, “mi habitación” ya estaba ocupada, había entrado otra pareja. Además tenía reservadas 2 habitaciones y me dijeron que solo tenía una. Nos acabaron dando otra pero en otra planta, íbamos con una niña pequeña y necesitábamos que las habitaciones estuviesen juntas o al menos en la misma planta. Salimos por la noche y al volver la tarjeta no funcionaba, no podíamos acceder al hostal. Llamamos al número que nos facilitaron a la llegada y estaba apagado. Gracias a que teníamos gente en otra habitación que tuvo que bajar a las 4 de la mañana a abrirnos. Sino no sé cuánto tiempo hubiéramos tenido que estar en la calle.

La ubicación,muy céntrico,cerca de todo.

El domingo cerrado el bar.Hotel sin personal ese día.Habitacion anticuada,muebles viejos,sin amenities en el baño,apenas había luz...limpieza regular.Maquina de bebida en recepción estropeada.Contacto con recepción a través de un número de contacto.
