A clean and airy layout, ideal for our party of 6 people.

The acces Road to the property could do with an update, but this wouldn’t prevent me from renting Villa Eleni.

"Perfect villa with pool near Kassiopi bay."

It was a perfect place for stay in Kassiopi with friends. The villa is big, the pool is clean and can be heated. There is a grill and large tables to enjoy dinner together. You can park two cars inside. There are many bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine and a big fridge. All of that 5 minutes from the restaurants and shops. Anna and Leo were really helpful and nice. I totally recommend this place for 4-8 friends. Have fun!

Everything was perfect. Maybe the rules about pool heating could be more clear from the start, but that was not really an issue.

The villa was beautiful and comfortable, the outside spaces and pool were amazing, and the bedrooms were spacious. It also offers everything you could need should you wish to cater at home. Our whole party had a fabulous stay and would love to return.

There were no negative for our party, but as noted in the description, access to the Villa is up a steep incline and there are steps to reach the pool area, so it may be problematic for anyone with mobility issues.

This was our second stay at the villa and we loved everything about it. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. The quality of the villa and furnishings is exceptional. It is really spacious, clean and well equipped. Large outdoor areas are on every level and the views are spectacular.
