They cancelled my booking because they wanted advance payment. Where as booking.com clearly writes on their confirmation PDF that you can pay at the property. Ruined my friend's Birthday. Arrangements gone waste. We couldn't even find other place because of the weekend. Very unreliable. Customer service of property owner / company which is eko stay is so unprofessional and rude.

The sir out area near the pool, hygiene wise, fairly good. Staff was cooperative. Could have been more helpful.

Basic amenities. Electricity is an issue, v all understand due to load shedding, but having no back up is ridiculous. We are then told that if we want the electricity, we need to pay extra for the generator. Then we were told that the generator would be on for the full night & we would hav to pay for 5 hours & the remaining would be borne by the management, but after 5 hours the generator was put off. Imagining go to a place for a occasion and then being told, sorry, there is going to be no electricity. It came across that this use of the generator is more like a money making thing.

The stay was good, the rooms were spacious. The view was stunning.

Electricity policy. they should take all the charges on bookings com after reaching at the property we have to sign another agreement if electricity is not available customer have to pay for generator other wise they will swith off the light
