Villa Amari

Die Villa Amari hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt weder im Küchen-noch im Badbereich. Gastgeberin Mia ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich sofort. Im Ort ist ein kleiner Supermarkt (Studenac)und gegenüber ein kleiner Bäcker. Zu Fuß in knappen 10 Minuten erreichbar oder mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern/E-Roller.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Eine Klimaanlage oder Belüftung in der Aussenküche hätten wir gut gefunden und eine Teilüberdachung im Sitzbereich davor.

Het is een luxe huis met veel extra’s. Genoeg ruimte, de keuken was heel compleet, het tuinhuis was een aanwinst ( zeker voor ons omdat het niet zo mooi weer was). Dakterras was ruim en lekker voor het laatste zonnetje. Als laatste het zwembad was schoon en lekker om een duik in te nemen

Wijnkoelkast in tuinhuis voldeed niet alsmede de vriezer in de keuken. Vlees kregen we niet bevroren, helaas.

Beautiful villa, with lovely facilities, very clean. Area was brilliant, close to Porec, Vrsar and Pula, and amazing restaurants in walking distance. Mia and Nikolina are super helpful and friendly.

The kitchen was very well equipped. The bbq was great and eating areas. We enjoyed the bikes and scooter.

The top bathroom smelled of drains. The Wi-Fi wasn’t great. The downstairs bedroom had no air con.

From the warm welcome to the farewell, everything was great. Even when the storm hit some of the equipment and threw it into the pool in the night, help was on the way in the next morning. We're happy to come anytime.

Villa Amari is an excellent place to spend a holiday with friends. It is a brand new house fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay with no worries. Villa Amari is a 2 storey building with 4 double bedrooms, the smaller one located at ground floor and the other 3 at first floors. The rooms at first floor also have their own balcony. There are also 4 bathrooms, which is very comfortable especially for a group of 8 people. The dining and living room at ground floor is cozy and roomy. There are 2 terraces, the biggest one at ground floor next to the pool, the smaller one on top at second floor. There is also an area at ground floor for barbecue and another dining room separated from the other rooms of the building. The house is located among other houses in a residential area, which is quiet at night. You can reach different kind of beautiful beaches within 15 minutes driving and there are 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes driving where you can find anything you need. Everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Furthermore the pool area was cleaned on a daily basis. The host (Mia) has been clear and polite in all the communication and she also kindly gifted us some local wine. Check in has been on time and at the check out we got our deposit immediately back. Out of topic: a recommendation when you decide to visit Croatia Please be aware that the local value is Kune and it is recommended to have some cash with you; in some places payments by cards and euros are not accepted To sum up: definitely recommended!
