Great atmosphere, for a very relaxing and calm holiday. Pool was clean, jacuzzi was working. Nice kitchen as well. Some showers/bathrooms maybe need some work but the overall experience was so good that it did not bother us. Manos explained everything very well including the lighting system. Sea is very close and warm. Beds are comfortable. Internet is also very fast.

We had a break in but its our mistake, someone left a sliding door open upstairs. Police came by because of other break in the street. They gave us some tips and Manos too. Luckily not much of value was stolen.

Spacious villa with good size private pool.

The villa could have been cleaner, also pool had algae coated on the sides. No nearby bars or restaurants, you need a car for everything. A lot of broken items - toilet seats - shower doors - toilet roll holders - front door handle - lights not working - safe broken/unusable - broken lock on main patio door - dishwasher didn't work that well. No parasols for shade around the pool - Iittle or no shade if wanting to eat breakfast/brunch outside. We were BURGLED about 4 nights in. The group had over £500 stolen after a break in. Also taken perfume and a bag. The worst of all was the lack of response from the owners and agents. The owner on the first night said he would bring us some parasols (villa is advertised with parasols) but failed to do so. I contacted the owner a few days later to remind him of his promise but he chose to ignore us - not even a reply. We didn't get the parasols. All our requests to the agents and owner to fix the barbecue lighting etc were ignored. From reviews from months ago we learnt that the safe (also villa advertised as having one) and other items were broken back then, so it seems the owners are not interested in maintaining the property.

We had a lovely ‘mini-moon’ in this villa last week with some of our family. The villa itself is modern and comfortable and the swimming pool is brilliant. Having the beach on the doorstep was a great experience - whenever we got bored we’d wander down and walk straight into the warm sea for a swim. The manager of the property Manos is a lovely down to earth guy. He helped us a great deal when my new wife locked our passports in the safe without knowing the code! A contractor had to break into the safe for us just 3 hours before our flight home and Manos said there’d be no charge for a new safe, which was very kind of him

Only a few constructive criticisms. The property could maybe have been a bit cleaner on arrival, but it wasn’t too bad and we certainly weren’t upset by it. The biggest problem we had was trying to get the downstairs lighting system to work. I’m an electrician and I struggled with it! I think some lights simply won’t turn on. Again this didn’t really bother us. The property is so nice we were willing to let these things go

- really close to the sea - house is spacious - sea view - outside area, patio, pool

- too much stuff is broken/doesn’t work, light bulbs (lounge, patio, BBQ), front door handle, jacuzzi, toilet seat upstairs cracked, window in bathroom upstairs cannot close - main en-suite shower leaks, change the shower head to a smaller one, the rain shower is too big and therefore no pressure in the water - tricky system to heat water, no hot water geyser - no beach towels, we did get some when we asked - property hand over is too brief, with the complex, old lighting system, need more explanation

Excellent location in a beautiful and peaceful area. Enough room 6 person and excellent facilities for everyday living as well as a perfect holiday. I recommend a car, because there is so much to see around the Pervolia area and the whole island of Cyprus. And it helps a lot because there is no shops in walking distance. Of course you can use Wolt, but still...

The VILA was perfect! looked amazing at first sight , Manos was so nice and friendly , explained everything and was very patient! the view, the pool, the rooms , incredible kitchen! will defenetly come back again!

Large living space, amenities, very welcoming host, convenient location close to airport, yet private and secluded enough, waking up to an amazing view every day and direct access to the beach for walks and dips. Would definitely return at a warmer time of the year to fully take advantage of the pool and beach access

Everything was great, nothing to complain about

Absolutely fantastic property and excellent location for us.

The pool water features and lights were not working correctly, and the garden could have been more landscaped with plants etc bit bland but perfectly functional. Few sunbeds were broken but replaced within a couple of days. Sandwich toaster handle screw kept falling out but all other facilities in the house were excellent!

This villa is stunning in all aspects. The pool alone is worth the visit. Spacious rooms, all with their own bathrooms. We've stayed in the area a lot, and when we found out it was available to book we jumped at the chance. Met the owners when we checked out, nice people who were very accommodating. Highly recommended, we will visit again as soon as we can find a spare week or two!

I can't honestly think of anything that would have improved our visit.
