Villa Calalga - PlusHolidays

Amazing location, glad it had off street parking as the area was so busy. Didn't need a car with this location but we went to Altea and Moraira which were well worth it. Brilliant pool area. Plus holidays were responsive when one of the Air Con units was leaking and came out within an hour. Two big supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Would return.

No plastic glasses or plates etc. which would have been useful by the pool. Was a shame the outside eating area wasn't closer to the kitchen.

No plastic glasses for drinks around pool. No pool inflatables (not something you can easily pack when coming on holiday) En-suite rooms were single beds Air conditioning leaked and squeaked and we’re told not to set below 25 which is a bit high in summer

Picking up the keys in town

The kind and very helpful staff. The house has a very good location in a quiet area. It is suitable for 7-8 adults.

A little bit furniture upgrade and a good coffee machine would make the overall feeling much better :).

Location was good. Clean enough.

The beds in several rooms were very bad. Bed sheets were impossible to make up. Not enough warm water supply for a group of people to shower. Living room was pretty small. Took some effort and time to get the deposit back.

Loved the pool, great dining / living area with balcony. Large bedrooms downstairs, plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen had everything that was needed. 5 min walk to beach and 2 min walk to supermarket. 2 min walk to the tourist train to bring you to the port or old town.

In the pictures it appeared to be that the pool / bbq area was all one large area. BBQ area was away from the pool and there was no tables up at pool

The pool area was great! Lots of space inside and a lot of the bedrooms had en suites.

We had to ask for a new umbrella because it was snapped. We asked for 2 as there is 2 shown in the photographs but they would only deliver one. The lock on the front door was reported as faulty but nothing was done about it during our stay.

we are very familiar with the Calpe location as our family have been coming here for many years. This villa is close to where we used to stay. It is therefore very near all the facilities we are used to - which is very important as we are bringing the next generation of young grandchildren with us - they particularly loved the pool !

The beds take a bit of getting used to - and the kitchen is a bit tight if ( like us ) you are constantly cooking for 10.
