GBThe villa was perfect when we got there for our honeymoon, amazing location, 5min walk to the beach. I usually stay with family when in Cyprus and so this was the perfect place to have to ourselves, rather than a hotel.
GBWe were self catering. The location was great, only a short walk for shopping, bars+restaurants and the beach.
We only booked for 1 week, wish we could've stayed longer.

Having to leave to go home
GBGBThe villa is in an exceptional location, less than 5 minutes walk from the main strip and two of the bedrooms have a sea view. It's spacious and well equipped for our needs (we were 3 couples staying for a week.) The private pool (cleaned twice during our stay) was the main selling point and the pool furniture was more than adequate. The villa is in an access controlled small development of 10 villas so you do have neighbours but we had no issues with noise. The company who manage the property visited us on day 2 to make sure everything was ok which was a nice touch. It really was a lovely villa and we had a great time.
The villa could do with some general maintenance (bedroom door handles/latches, an upgraded air con system) but the condition of the villa was reflected in the price and we had no major issues during our stay.

On arrival the pool was filthy was told they would come next day never happened… was told we would have a welcome meeting never happened.. building work on next door villa was noisy all day… air conditioning broke in one room but they came out used our towel to clean inside and didn’t really test it just said they were old and will need replacing this year… the company hired another villa to a bunch of very young lads who had parties till 6am from midnight there were at some point 10 people screaming in pool tried calling company but couldn’t get through result no sleep for 2 days.. the villa walls were in need of repair general outside area not great but as I said location is the only plus side to this Villa.. but be aware you are so close to your neighbours that it’s not a restful place if your there to party and don’t want sleep then great.. the Villa needs updating painting and bought up to a decent standard for what they are charging for hire.. I would not hire that Villa again I hire villas annually and this a definite no for the future…
CYGBWe were all truly amazed at how lovely the villa was. We were very grateful to find basic food and drinks provided on arrival. A fantastic location, in walking distance to the beach, bus stops, shops and restaurants. Just a wonderful holiday 😊
The price to heat the outdoor pool was more than we expected or wanted to pay. But the weather was gorgeous and hot so it didn't matter. We were sad that we couldn't stay longer 😊
GBDecent size pool, good location
Upon arrival the downstairs toilet flooded, we had to wait 5 days for a plumber to fix the toilet, making it unusable, we chose the villa because of the downstairs toilet for during the day, when the toilet flooded it went all over the kitchen floor, contacted company, they agreed to get someone to come with floor cleaner and mop the floor the next day... we are still waiting , never showed up. We had to buy floor cleaner and do it ourselves. Air con units are old and leaked quite a bit at times, loose door frames in both upstairs bathrooms, ensuite bathroom had a blocked drain and is flooding internally, you can see on the ceiling downstairs and the outside wall was wet to touch after shower. Lots of loose slabs on garden area and outside shower didn't drain. Door handle on one of the bedrooms didn't latch. So door kept coming open. Ignition button on hob missing, we advised company who advised they would drop off matches, which we never got. Very overcrowded area , one of the balconies overlooks someone else's pool, and someone's balcony is overlooking your pool. Outside lights , only some worked, some flickered, one of the pool lights was hanging off and didn't work, Rail to get into pool was lose, company aware and said its getting fixed soon, but didn't make us aware prior to arrival, the rain was a big selling point for us to book that particular villa
