Location was close to the centre and quiet.

Villa Kosta is an apartment located in a convenient spot in Naoussa, and not a villa which had numerous problems that made our stay uncomfortable. When we arrived the villa was very poorly cleaned. The villa did not offer housekeeping service which made our stay very uncomfortable especially considering the need of renovation of the facilities. The towels were not changed and there was nowhere to hang them. Sewage was faulty and smelled very unpleasantly. Toilet paper was not restocked, and the bathroom bin was tiny and not emptied once during our 5 day stay. There was air conditioning in the living room and in only one of the two rooms but it smelled very unpleasant. The bathroom was tiny and the shower curtain was filthy but it was changed shortly after we complained. Host response was slow, and rude, and in the few interactions we had with housekeeping few of our complaints were resolved and we were always adresses in a hostile unprofessional manner. The villa was overpriced for its services.
