Great location, right near the beach, friendly owner, fully equipped house, totally recommend this place 👍

What I could point out as a positive side of staying in this accommodation is the vicinity of the sea (about 50m) and a box of welcome cookies provided by the owner.

This space can hardly be called a Villa as stated for Stella's Beach House. The rooms are very small and you don't have the privacy since other "Villas" in the same row of houses are too close. The biggest problem is that there are NO two bathrooms with shower as stated. There is NO bathroom in the ground floor, but little WC with a small sink and a toilet that can be accessed by adults in bowed position, moving backwards (with the great possibility of hitting your head against the wall) because it is put at a corner bellow the wall slope of approximately 60°. The only bathroom with a small shower cabin and bedrooms are located on the first floor. High and dangerous stairs are leading to it. People of all ages must take serious care not to slip and fall as the stairs are terribly steep. My mother, who is an elderly woman, could not climb those stairs, so she slept on the ground floor sofa and showered with cold water from the garden hose outside. During all 8 days of stay in the space, the bed sheets, pillowcases and towels were not changed even once. The circuit breaker for the water heater, which also serves as a switch (another jewel of this Villa), broke during our stay. The owner sent the electricians to do the repair relatively quickly, but I, as a guest, had to wait for them to come and finish the job, instead of using my vacation time for break and rest. Finally, one of the rarely seen unexpected suprises was the absence of garbage disposal containers. We had to drive the garbage bags by car to the nearest containers, which are located 300-400 meters from the accommodation. Just to mention, the houses just across the street have larger bins in their gardens for garbage disposal, which are emptied by the cleaning service every morning. Overall, overpaid, especially not suitable for children and elderly people, outrageously expensive for the quality of accommodation and service provided.

Great location and immediate beach access

Superb two-story apartments with their own private area and grill. Two bathrooms, very private, and fully equipped with everything you need, perfect to the smallest details. It feels like living in your own home: perfect, clean, spacious, and with a responsive host. Close to the sea. Host even left us a gift! Thank you!
