It was a beautiful house and good location in Niseko.

I have paid 30k per night but the house wasn’t clean. There is a lot of dusts and wine’s stain on the blanket. Bath was yellow color.

Everything is good. It is a very new property, we enjoyed staying there. It is pacious and good for 6-7 people with a loft inside the room. It also has a private outdoor pool inside the bathroom downstairs which helps a lot to relax the muscles after full day ski. The customer service tried their best to provide service even though they don't speak English.

Some easy tips for their improvements - putting some hooks inside the bathroom for towels or clothes would add some comfort for the guests. It will be great to have English menu for those electronic appliances. The stained water from the tap due to broken down of the filtering system in the last few days of our stay deducted some marks from the overall score.

For the final day, we asked the host whether it is possible to keep our luggage while we went skiing. The host denied this unless we pay 40000 Yen. Storing luggage after check-out is a very normal service in any accommodation and we unfortunately had to cut our holiday stay by a day as we had nowhere to leave our luggage.

New villa, well equipped, matched the photos shown, roads and driveway cleared of snow regularly

location is far from most of the ski action - must have a car given there is no shuttle service snow clearing sometimes happened early in the morning (8am) which woke us up one morning
