There were 8 of us, and it felt like the space had been designed with that kind of group in mind. Everything is easy, comfortable, and well thought through, from the layout to the equipment. It never felt crowded, and we could all enjoy both shared moments and quieter time when needed. The atmosphere of the place really makes a difference too - it’s peaceful, welcoming, and perfect for switching off for a few days. Also worth mentioning: everything was smooth and stress-free, with great communication throughout with Callioppé. One of those places you leave thinking “we’d definitely come back.”

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Eine tolle Lage in 7 Gehminuten hinunter zu "Little Amoopi" und in 15 Minuten zu dem besten Fischrestaurant der Umgebung: Dimitrios. Die Villa liegt in einem abgezäunten Grundstück völlig für sich und man hat und bietet keinerlei Störungen für Nachbarn beim Grillen oder Musik hören. Die 4 Schlafzimmer und der großzügige Gemeinschaftsraum (Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer in einem) mit echter Küche + einer großen Terrasse, ebenfalls mit großem Esstisch und Griller, sind ideal für eine Großfamilie.

Es hätte nichts besser sein können!

La villa è spaziosa e confortevole e a una bellissima vista sul mare. La spiaggia di little amoopi dista 10' a piedi. Ogni camera da letto è dotata di aria condizionata e di un terrazzo con poltroncine e stendino pe la biancheria. I bagni sono puliti e dotati di sapone, bagno schiuma, shampoo e balsamo. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto, dal bollitore al tostapane alla macchinetta per caffè.

Secluded and private property, just minutes away from Amoopi beach. Very nice design, convenient two story villa with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful terraces overseeing the sea in every room, and a very spacious kitchen & living-room area.

The host is extremely friendly. The villa is amazing, spacious house with view at the sea from all rooms, amazing location-walking distance from the beach

there are a lot of broken or used or worn out or malfunctioning items/equipment (from showers to chairs) to make it again the "luxury" accommodation it used to be. I am sure this will happen in the future to prepare for the high season

Host and house were wonderful. Minutes from the most beautiful beach.

Everything was perfect

Everything was absolutely perfect, nothing to complain about!!!!! MRs Calliope is very accommodating and kind. We will be back again next summer :-)
