The property is gated, parking is huge, rooms are big and lots of double decker beds.

The property needs maintenance/renovation. It's quite old but if it will be renovated, I'm sure it will lure lots of customers.

The main swimming pool was very nice, its water temperature just right.

The house is looking old and could use a little TLC especially screen doors, cabinet doors, bathroom doors.
