Villa Med A 2 kilometros andando de la playa, del puerto de Aguadoç y a 4 del centro de Sitges Muy Soleada todo el dia Capacidad superior a 16 personas NO

The property is in a great location with many amenities. It is also right next to the beach and some great restaurants. I recommend renting a car due to the location of the Villa in case you wanted to travel to Barcelona.

La casa está en pésimo estado. El dueño en constante actitud hoztil y amenazadora. Nos cobró 1400 eu en efectivo y nos descontó 335 por un arreglo de algo que ya estaba malo, 13 por dos copas y 25 por usar la parrilla. Por otro lado si quieres usar la mesa de pool te cobra 700 euros a parte de los 1400 euros por garantía. Eso no está estipulado en ninguna parte. Las duchas son malas y no funcionan , la habilitación de la cocina muy básica. Lo peor es la comunicación con el dueño . Su casa no tiene relación con el precio y fueron puros problemas desde el día 1. También nos amenazo con hecharnos por estar riéndonos en la terraza con música antes de las 12:00 , según lo estipulado por contrato. Nosotros éramos 8 personas y lógico es que estemos compartiendo . PÉSIMA LA CASA

el mal estado de la mantencion de la casa, lo que se hecha a perder por la falta de mantencion , te lo cobra . Hostigamiento por parte del dueño. Duchas malas y cocina poco habilitada para la cantidad de personas que la arrienda

The villa had plenty of space, great facilities and the pool was excellent. Sitges is a great place to stay, pretty town, lovely beaches and marina as well as some lively bars if that's what you're looking for.

The location was great for local amenities, 10 minutes to the beach 5 to the supermarket 15 to the town centre The villa is a good size as is the pool. The kitchen is well equipped to cook for large groups and the dinning room has a seating for 12.

The mattresses on all the beds could do with replacing, more glasses and cups, having to pay the deposit of 1300 euros in cash and then to use the pool table another 700 euro deposit who carries 2000 euros in cash

The villa was amazing, we had such a brilliant time. 17 girls & guys staying for a hen party. Josep welcomed us on the first day and showed us the villa and the house rules. Nothing out of the ordinary, just respect his villa and keep noise down after midnight. We didn’t see him again until check out. Massive villa and the photos don’t do it justice.

Property was perfect for 5 friends and their children. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Loved the location so no need for a car. 12min walk to supermarket, beach (with paddle board hire, food and drinks) and harbour for lovely meals out. Sitges was 20 min walk but a wonderful place to wander. Villa had all we needed. X2 fridges and washing machine useful. Pool was a good side just chilly in May but the kids loved it. Good aircon in bedrooms. Host very helpful when we had queries.

No locks in the bathroom doors. Beds a little harder than I like.

Great large space and pool. Had a few Barbie's and lovely restaurants in the port 10 minutes walk from the villa. Lots to do as had various ages of children. Lovely just relaxing in the sun which you got all day. You don't need a car as everything walkable. Would highly recommend.
