La casa molto bella e pulita. Molto comodo il piccolo centro commerciale a 3 minuti di macchina. Ci tornerei molto volentieri!

Sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und haben uns sehr gut mir Informationen bezüglich Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants usw. ausgestattet.

Das einzige (negative) Punkt war, dass man zu Fuß nichts erreicht. Es sind keine Läden, Bäcker usw. in der Nähe, wodurcb man immer das Auto nehmen muss, jedoch ist das nicht schlimm, wenn man sich gut borbereitet.

La casa è di nuova ristrutturazione, green, fresca, spaziosa, ben accessoriata. La piscina è bellissima e grande, non troppo profonda, ottima per il relax. Anche lo spazio adiacente alla piscina è ben attrezzato con tante sdraio, tavolo con sedie, e doccia esterna. Il giardino è molto grande, ci sono amache, altalene, un barbecue, ed è circondato da recinti con animali, tra cui una bellissima cavallina e tante caprette. Inoltre, la villa dà su una vallata dal paesaggio mozzafiato. Un vero e proprio locus amoenus. Inoltre complimenti allo staff per curare la piscina alla perfezione, ed essere stati sempre discreti e disponibili per le nostre richieste. Non per ultimo, ottimo wifi.

Fredeligt omgivelser og lever op til forventning i forhold til prisen. Vi betalte 18000 dkk for 7 dage i juli.

Udendørs møblerne var af i ringe stand. Ud af 12 stole var 5 gået i stykker og ikke blevet repareret eller udskiftet.

Virkelig lækkert villa og rigtig fin pool. Værten tjekkede op på poolen hver morgen og sørgede for at den var ren og pæn. Værten reagerede med det samme ved små spørgsmål og var særdeles behjælpelig i alle henseender. En klar anbefaling herfra, besøg denne villa. Det vil I ikke fortryde.

Villa was very nice - clean and well-furnished. The kitchenette was well stocked, the bedrooms were all good-sized doubles and the living area was a decent size. The a/c is under-floor, and works well to keep the villa at a nice consistent temperature regardless of the temperature outside (we experienced 32 - 10 Celsius over the course of a week!). Views from the villa and the surrounding areas were all lovely. Pool was good, and the gardens/patios were very well-kept. Owner was excellent in helping us sort out an ongoing issue with our hire car - he went above and beyond so very grateful for that. Area was peaceful and very rural, close to farms/lots of fields. There was a supermarket a few minutes away (Eurospin) which had all of the groceries that you might need, and another shop in the same complex (Super Bazar) which was a veritable cornucopia of bits and bobs. Rome is about an hour away by car, mostly along the autostrada. We visited the Bioparca di Roma (Zoo) and MagicLand (theme park), both of which we would recommend. If you wish to go to the centre of Rome, I would not advise driving (unless you like the thrill of imminent death every few seconds) - there are trains from nearby Stimigliano which go to Rome for a reasonable price. There are a few restaurants within a few minutes drive - we tried Ristorante Da Lina which was very nice.

There were a couple of issues with the villa - only minor, but worth pointing out. The downstairs bathroom is a wet room, but the shower tray appears to be installed the wrong way around (with the drain away from the shower head) - also the drain didn't appear to be taking much water; the result of this was that the bathroom would flood quite a bit every time the shower was used, resulting in the water flowing under the door and into the living area. The floors are stone so it wasn't a huge issue, but not ideal. Having said that, it's probably a relatively easy fix that the owners will I'm sure look into. Also, some of the things mentioned on the villa booking page weren't present - board games, a Wii U and inflatables for the pool. Again, not really a big deal, but perhaps needs updating on the website.

The location was beautiful and peaceful and the pool was perfect for the kids to play in while the adults relaxed. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and the showers had fabulous drencher heads

Noise travelled easily from the downstairs to upstairs
