Excellent accommodation

The property itself was very cozy, clean and fully equipped. The living room area is large and the couches are comfy. The massage chair is a great plus! The staff (the owner actually) was very polite. The pool was great and so was the garden/barbecue area. We even managed to have our own summer cinema (the projector was mine) and watch movies every night. Overall it was nice experience. The island is very close to Piraeus and that makes it very easy to travel to.

Privacy was not guaranteed. The owner lives in a small house behind the vila and he might show up for various reasons eg check if you have guests or if you use the barbecue while windy, even slightly! We didn’t manage to use it at all. To be fair it was not that often he would show up, but after a certain point just knowing that someone was in the same property made it weird. The last day even that the check out was at 11:30 we didn’t manage a swim in the pool because the robot vacuum was in since 9 am that day.

I go to Aegina every year for the summer vacation. It is a beautiful, quiet island with welcoming people. This year was the first year at this villa. It is a good villa for a family with 2 children, with two rooms on the first floor and a nice, large living room on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub and on the first floor there is a bathroom without the possibility of a shower or bathtub. But it is enough for a family with two children. I liked the massage chair. Each room has air conditioning that works even if not at maximum capacity (but the room is cooled). The exterior is well maintained, the pool has an average surface but is clean and regularly maintained by the owner. There is also a barbecue area with a table where you can have lunch and dinner. The villa has a nice view over the sea and the mountain

Even if it didn't bother me( the owner was very helpful), people who want complete privacy may have difficulties with that and it should be stated that the lady and gentleman who are the owners of the villa live in an annex in the same yard behind the house, a short distance away. This year I had a very unpleasant situation in which both I and my wife were severely bitten many times by insects (I had dozens of bites). Fortunately, my girls were not bitten, only me and my wife. I don't know the circumstances in which this happened (if I was bitten inside or outside the villa but I realized that it happened during the night), I initially suspected that it was from mosquitoes, but if that was the case, logically the girls had to be bitten as well considering that there were with us all the time. But they slept in a different room than us... It is the only reason why I will not return to this villa....

Very clean , decent house in fair price

We couldn’t have some privacy. The owner was looking a reason to bother every day.

This is just a very well looked after, clean and homely place to stay. The hosts are available whenever you need them and keep the place running perfectly. The pool area is just fantastic. We could easily spend all day there (and kids will want to). A really great barbecue and dining area right next to the pool too which we used a lot. Inside there is a huge open plan living area which we didn’t use much because outside is so great but it’s a comfy space nonetheless. You will need a car if you stay here as it’s up the hill from town and not really a walk you’d want to make on a hot day. But what you do get is beautiful sunset views over the Saromic Gulf.

Don't know where to start with how beautiful and comfortable this villa is. View is stunning from the upstairs..pool iarea is stunning great size and clean ..our boys loved the little board to jump off! The owners are so welcoming.. the villa literally has everything you can think of to need and more! Running machine and massage chair!! We stayed in 5 places across our trip and this was our favourite by a long way.. you need a car for sure to get around ..but it was a very short drive down to the pretty local harbour for everything ypu need. A beautiful place to stay perfect in everyway.
