Very nice place, for sure the best in Georgia . The owner is really kind and helpful with all things needed. As well the service is perfect, houses are clean . Nice pool , nice room for spending free time!

Location and breakfast where good Host was nice except the incident with the shower which was broken but we were accused doing it. This left us with no shower and we can’t use the parents bedroom since the owner tried to fix the shower drainage and in doing so opened the entire floor. In the end he apologies and offered us small refund .

The property itself is excellent - an eclectic mix of a campsite and modern amenities bundled into one. For amateurs like me it was perfect since you can ask the hosts to organise more traditional camping activities such as a barbecue, mountain hikes etc. The area is picturesque with its own vineyard and plum orchard sitting with the backdrop of the mountains. Spacious property so kids have plenty of room to run about and also have a dip in the swimming pool. Few friendly pets running around the property who will shower you with affection if you happen to redirect some food their way! The hosts are very responsive and even drove us to our lunch destination since we were unable to secure a taxi at the time. What we loved the most was the open setting of the property. It really encourages conversations with the other residents and connecting with people was certainly a great highlight. You also get to see a great mix of people - those who like a disconnected recluse and largely remain to their villas and those seeking some social interactions and will hang around by the common areas to strike up a conversation. Certainly wonderful destination for families. It was also refreshing to see campers permitted. A couple of camping vans and a couple who were on a bike trip across the country also stopped by to use the camping facility. Food: The food is served individually and set out on a table at the time that you agree with the host. Allows for a degree of personalization which we loved. Breakfast is excellent. Good spread of salads, eggs, tea/coffee, some DELICIOUS local honey and preserve (made from plums grown at the property), french toast, pancakes and a few other items. The honey and preserve were so good we have carried some back to our home! Lunch: We opted to travel to a nearby restaurant. Dinner: Again great spread. Salads, grilled chicken, kachapuri (Georgian bread stuffed with a local cheese) etc.

Nothing really. If you really want to split hairs the location is a bit remote (which is ideal for a nature getaway) which makes it a bit hard to arrange transport for short excursions from the property. Not a big issue since the hosts will assist with providing contact details of local drivers who are happy to come and assist.

The host was very friendly, even greeted us with wine. Breakfast was excellent and the whole setting is very cobvenient and perfectly located on the way between mountain routs. Town center is close and has everything we needed for our trip.

There is no soap box in the shower - not very convenient. Also no towel/clothes hanger.

It was amazing trip and perfect hospitality and very good staff 👌

Location, pool, facilities

This place is peaceful and quiet. Surrounded by grapes and mountains. Very beautiful. Swimming pool and all facilities for recreation( bikes, tennis, washing machine, etc) are great. Host and his team are the best! We miss them already.

Everything is perfect.
