Villa Olivers Vera

The property is really great! Very spacious and extremely well equipped in every way. The bedrooms are all lovely and spacious, with plenty of storage and hanging, plus 4 have balconies. The showers worked well, with plenty of hot water. The pool area is great, with plenty of shade if required, sun loungers and cushions were plentiful and well maintained. There is lots of outside space, so although we weren’t - it would be a great place for a family holiday, as it is all safe and enclosed, but with so much outdoor space. 10 min flat walk into Alcudia, or very reliable local taxi firm if needed. Town is well worth a visit, busy on Market day, the market is good, but the town is nicer and much quieter on non market days.

It is all a bit dated, but not in a bad way, it’s just not slick and modern, if that is your preference.

Toll, im Frühjahr etwas kalt. Der Pool war der Hammer, leider war es zu kalt dieses hatte im März. Waren nicht drin. Der Besitzer und auch der Verwalter kümmern sich nach Nachfrage um alles sehr nett. Die Größe ist bombastisch toll .riesig Platz

Kühl die Räume im Frühjahr.

Świetna lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy z dala od tłumów a jednocześnie wystarczająco blisko z jednej strony do Starówki a z drugiej do plaży, że można dotrzeć tam na piechotę. Spacer zajmuje ok 20 minut.

The quiet location and the extensive grounds. The pool area and sunbeds around it. The owner who left us lots of fruit and soft drinks on arrival and came and took our rubbish away each morning.

Do not hire a large car as you will not be able to drive it out of the villa and up the very narrow lane to the villa. We just about managed with the car sensors beeping wildly as we drove in and out to the main road.

The swimming pool is great. A lot of dishes.

The road to the villa is scary. The beds are hard and one is really creaky. A new frying pan is needed.

We liked the location and privacy of the property. Great pool and garden area, with outdoor seating. Clean, and everything required. Around 20 mins walk to the old town and beaches.

The beds were a little hard and uncomfortable and some of the furniture looked tired. The oven was slow to cook and warm up, which made cooking for 9 people hard.

Position was great and a good sized villa and plot. The pool was very good.

The general finish of the villa was a little tired and it could really do with an update. Personally my bed was fine but some of the party found their beds quite uncomfortable. The hot water tank was woefully inadequate providing enough water for 3 or 4 quick showers before running cold. We tried spreading our showers over as long a period of time as possible but it didn't really help. The operators did their best to sort the problem but a bigger tank is needed for the number of guests catered for in this villa. Overall we were a little disappointed based on the price we had paid.

Amazing pool and a well equipped villa. Plenty of room for two families. It is walking distance to old town, around 20mins. Although we had hired a van to get around. Peter, the manager of the property, was super helpful.

We all found the mattresses a little uncomfortable, this did not impact our enjoyment of the property.
