The exterior space, garden and pool are quite good and comfortable. The house how and where it’s built should be amazing place from what you see in the pictures.

Lack of cleanliness and care such as, blood stains from squashed mosquitoes against the walls and ceilings, cobwebs everywhere, house full of dust, dirty sheets with stains, beds propped up on logs. Dirty windows and shutters that don't close/lock and could be a focus of insecurity. Untended garden grass and bushes. Basically the house is fantastic in the photos, in reality it is clearly neglected, unfortunately it’s a victim of abandonment and mistreatment. Not value for the money! I would like to talk with the owners because who is managing the house is doing a terrible job.

Amazing villa, looks even more beautiful than the photos. All rooms have private bathrooms. The pool is big.

Small thing, but there are only three pool loungers for six people, and one of them is broken.
