Clean room, though rather tight on space. Good a/c. Quiet at the back of the property. Nice space with table in front to take breakfast.

There is a large and busy road between the accommodation and the beach, which we didnt realise until we arrived. The bathroom was rather functional and utilitarian.

Owner and staff were good. Location is near by beach. You have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the beach through beach club restaurent. Beach is clean and beach club restaurent serves good sea food.Greated with complementry drink on arrival.

Lots of mosquitos and ants in the in the garden area and in the bathroom.Someone has written its beach side property but you have to cross a railway track and then walk 5-10mintues to get to the beach.I opted for sri lankan breakfast which was below average then next day asked for english breakfast.

There was nothing to dislike

Our host Dillon could not have been more helpful. He picked us up from the airport in the early hours and even has his own tuk in which he took us to local sites. The villas are very private with lovely garden, clean and comfortable. We had both breakfast choices, both amazing and so much we never needed lunch! Induruwa beach less than 5 minutes walk and much quieter than Bentota, but plenty of restaurants choose from

Ideally situated ( 5 min on foot to the enormous long beach ) - entry through Beachclub Beautiful, tastefully maintained Villa in lovely garden - generous terasse. Quiet AC / great shower Fabulous breakfast served on your terasse. Very caring owner

The place is lovely with only 3 villas among the jungles. It’s nice to have breakfast among nature. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. And I liked the design. The staff is very friendly and helpful. WiFi was excellent. It’s around 6-7 minutes walking to the ocean.

Nice location, the owner and the caretaker were very good people. The breakfast was amazing and rooms were big enough.
