The house is old and only partially renovated. While some parts may look acceptable at first glance, there are many old, worn-out elements throughout the property, including mosquito screens that do not work properly. A major issue is the owner’s approach. She charges a EUR 400 deposit for the stay, which was not clearly stated on Booking.com. You only find out about it later in a separate message, after you have already booked the house and paid. After your stay, the owner inspects the property very carefully and looks for alleged or imaginary damages, then uses the deposit to charge you for repairs. I strongly advise future guests to be extremely careful about this. The bathrooms, bathroom fittings, and shower screens are old and worn out. The hot water supply is also insufficient — there is only enough hot water for one or two people to shower. If you are staying with a larger group, you need to organize a shower schedule, otherwise there will not be enough hot water for everyone. Another serious problem is the villa’s alarm system. It is faulty and goes off repeatedly, which is very disturbing and significantly affects the comfort of the stay. Overall, the property is not worth the stress caused by the deposit issue, the worn-out equipment, and the owner’s petty attitude after check-out.
