I only stayed for 7 days. I stayed alone. I used one air conditioner and one light. The electricity bill came to a huge amount. I was very upset. They deceived me.

Aircon was leaking in the kitchen and the ones in the rooms could get cold enough

Very nice villa with a wonderful pool and one with an incredible view and beautiful setting. All rooms and bathrooms were large and nice. The cleaning was both good and efficient. Everything needed was there. However, a parasol can be seen in the pictures on the roof among the lounge furniture, this is no longer there. The cushions on the furniture were also worn but nothing disturbing.

What lowers the rating is the price we had to pay for the electricity. I had both read and received the information from the host that the electricity will be charged, so I was prepared for this. But we got an electricity bill of 8000 baht for 16 days. Then I would like to point out that the first week the AC in one bedroom was not on as our roommates were not in Thailand yet. We turned off the AC in the kitchen/living room every night and when we left the villa. What bothered me a lot and as I also explained at checkout but got absolutely no response from the company representative was that we left the villa and the island twice (Both times for two nights) we turned off all the AC and fans, but when we came back and the cleaning staff had started all the AC and fans on the lowest temperature and highest strength. I know this has drawn a lot of power. What saddened me the most was that the guy at check out didn't care. So I recommend the accommodation, but be prepared for the electricity cost and if you go away and are away for a few nights, the cleaners will start all the AC and fans.
