"Horrible location"

Nothing

They advertise could organise transport, food etc. But could not provide and internet was shit. Everything they said was bullshit, could not deliver, unless willing to pay a high fee. We end up not staying because no transport and food near the premises.

Spacious Villa on quiet sealed road. Secure front parking area for scooter or car. Large kitchen and dining area. Large upstairs living room with outdoor balcony area including sunbed. Plunge pool was clean. 5min walk to Saba Beach. Easy access to main arterial road.

Not very private, staff walking around unannounced multiple times per day. Better signage to main reception area would be advantageous.

"I would say dont try this one. Instead go for some other villa"

Property is big villa

but lot of issues like drawers not functioning, few lights dont work and no staff to help or assist you properly. I regretted as the location of villa so interior and even going by car is tougher. When we booked they mentioned swimming pool is not functioning and compensation was breakfast. So dont think by seeing the hotel in pics the location is literally kind of village and so much interior one… the beach near by is also not that good….. also i booked whole villa but they said i can take only one master bedroom and they locked other bedrooms… its literally waste of money for such worst villa and their service

This was a beautiful villa. Gorgeous amenities, clean and close to Keramas for surfing. The staff were helpful and the pool was awesome!

My stay at Kayangan Villa Saba was truly delightful. We booked a one-bedroom villa, and it exceeded our expectations. The villa was a part of a three-room building, but they thoughtfully closed off the other two rooms and provided us with the one that offered direct access to the pristine pool. The villa's proximity to the renowned black sand beach was a definite highlight, and the tranquil and peaceful surroundings were a breath of fresh air. I can't wait to return with my family in the future. This experience was nothing short of amazing.

Less restaurants around the villa so we have to drive quite far.
