No Rush Villas

I stayed at this villa hoping for a quiet and restful break, but unfortunately, my experience was disrupted right from the start. On my first day, there was a power outage that lasted several hours. Given the extreme heat and the price I paid, this was a serious inconvenience. When I raised the issue, I was offered only a 10% discount on a future stay - something I did not ask for and have no intention of using. What was more frustrating was the number of follow-up messages I received during my stay, which felt intrusive and only added to my stress. I had to ask for space just to enjoy the little time I had. The property itself may have potential, but the customer service and handling of issues left a lot to be desired. I would suggest clearer communication, more respectful boundaries, and a more thoughtful approach when guests experience disruptions.

Really looked after by staff especially Dewi who went beyond.

The location was quite far away from anything. We booked for 5 nights and ended up only staying 1 due to the condition of the place. There was mould, dried blood around the pool and just felt neglected. I will give them props though, they did offer to clean the place again but we decided we didn’t want to stay there so they did refund us for the remainder of our stay.

Great location, close to some great cafes & restaurants as well as massage spas! Villa was large & spacious with all the amenities we needed. All of the staff were excellent!

On raining days, it was disappointing that we couldn't use the projector as you couldn't see it

Perfect for children. I had two 22 month olds, the villa arranged a pool fence for me and the the pool was perfect for them to swim.

Amazing , Design , location , attention to detail , staff is very friendly and helpful , will be back again definitely .
