Everything!! It absolutely blew us away, the pictures do not do it justice. It is luxuriously spacious, every room is the same, so this means no bickering amongst teenagers pulling straws for the small room. It really does have a perfect view- one to be enjoyed at all times of day. Honestly, we would struggle to stay anywhere else in Koh Tao. It was heaven for us. Oh, and the staff!! They are all amazing, especially the villa manager, he can’t do enough to help. We were so grateful for all of their attentiveness during our stay.

Nothing… maybe the pillows are a little too chunky. But that really is nit picking.

It really is an incredible villa with an amazing view. We stayed there as a big family group to celebrate a big birthday and it was ideal - everyone had their own big bedroom with picture windows facing the sea view; there a lots of communal family areas to gather both inside and out. I had thought it was nearer the restaurants/beach than it was but it was further than I would walk in that heat (and very steep) but that didn't matter because Mr Sun was on-hand to drive us where we wanted to go - whether that was a yoga class or a beach on the other side of the island - and he was always happy to stop at the supermarket on the way back to pick up provisions. We also arranged through the hosts for a private chef to come one evening which was a real treat

There is nothing to fault about this property. The views are even more spectacular than the photos, as is the actual villa and the facilities. The villa was spotless and had everything you could ever need, we cooked many times and spent hours lounging by the pool and relaxing. It feels very secluded and private and the perfect place to unwind. The bedrooms were excellent, very large with huge beds, dressing tables, huge en-suites, their own kettles and tea and coffees - they also all looked out at the view which was great when travelling with a friend group. Nyunt San who manages the property goes above and beyond to help with anything you need, we have never experienced such a great service anywhere we have stayed. The villa is at the top of a very big hill - but he will drive you down to the beaches and town in the daytime whenever you want to go which was such a luxury. He helped us book a private chef, organise a boat trip, helped us order food delivery for dinners and had the villa cleaned as often as we wanted. Thank you Nyunt San for making our trip to Koh Tao unforgettable. This villa really is as good as it looks!

That we couldn’t stay forever!

San and his wife and team are exceptional and went above and beyond in helping us and making our stay comfortable. They made the holiday for us and took us wherever we wanted to go. They were kind and thoughtful and cleaned every day. The gardens are beautifully tended and lovely houseplants inside too. The house is simply stunning.

Nothing. Although being up a steep hill means we felt unable to hire bikes as we felt it was a little too hairy for us as inexperienced on bikes but San drove us everywhere.

Great Villa in the hills behind the city. Nicely furnished. Very courteous staff, providing cheap laundry service and taxi drives (1 drive to the city and back was free per day. Amazing views!

It may be a little worn in places, and you should be aware that the road to the villa is very steep in some sections (a powerful motorbike is recommended).

Der Blick auf das Meer und dieser Pool ist wirklich Wahnsinn! Viele Liegen auf der Terasse laden zum Sonnenbaden ein. Die große Chillarea im im Obergeschoss gefiel uns auch richtig gut. Die oberen beiden Zimmer haben ebenfalls eine wahnsinns Ausblick. Der Service des Gastgebers war außerordentlich, wir wurden vom Pier abgeholt, wieder in den Ort gefahren um uns Roller zu mieten. Pro Tag ist eine Taxifahrt im/auf einem Pickup Truck inklusive. Wir wurden freundlich mit einem Getränk begrüßt. Der Gastgeber war immer per Whatsapp zu erreichen und half und bei allen Anliegen. Einfach Top!

Betten etwas hart und sehr voluminöse Kissen und den vielleicht nicht für Jedermann so einfach mit dem Roller zu bewältigende Weg hoch zur Villa würde ich hier nur erwähnen wollen.
