Rooms were good and clean

The washroom was smelly, location was not that Great, Lost our currency in the villa inspite after thoroughly locking the villa and were outside.

Cantiere adiacente con rumore insopportabile di flessibili, martello demolitore, trapano e zero privacy: non siamo riusciti a sfruttare mai la piscina: in queste condizioni non dovrebbe essere affittata una struttura! Wi-Fi non funzionante in tutta la casa; Filtri dell’aria condizionata non puliti: l’aria non era pulita e fresca; Macchina dell’acqua fresca potabile non funzionante: ci venivano consegnate due bottiglie d’acqua non sigillate di dubbia provenienza e infatti siamo stati male pur prendendo tutte le precauzioni del caso. Salvietta della doccia sporca di ruggine. Cassetto del bagno con odore di muffa. Il giorno del check-out la donna delle pulizie si è presentata in casa 40 minuti prima del nostro check-out fingendo di fare le pulizie per metterci pressione a lasciare la casa. Qualsiasi nostra richiesta non è mai stata accolta.

Kitchen utility was not clean. Dining table was smelly. one of the toilet was very smelly, the pool was small. Water was not draining well.

Aamzing villa, top location, kind staff!

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern villa with our two kids (8 and 12). The villa is spacious, super clean, with a great pool, and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful – when our daughter got sick, they supported us right away. We also loved the massage, manicure, and pedicure services offered at the villa.

The only minor downside is that you can sometimes hear music from Finns Club in the evening, but it didn’t really bother us.

Loved the villa, construction is still happening and it’s very loud. Not very relaxing during the day. I don’t think it’s clear enough on the listing about the noise. We ended up shortening our stay as it was the end of a month long trip & we weren’t happy with the noise from construction. Our feedback wasn’t really dealt with appropriately and was a bit dismissed with a ‘out of our control’ which I understand but it wasn’t clear on listing
