Umaliplip Villa Canggu

Posizione scomoda per raggiungere il centro. Bisogna necessariamente usare un mezzo. Nonostante sia lontana dal centro la struttura è situata in una zona molto trafficata e rumorosa, per cui non è stato possibile riposarsi e rilassarsi.

the locations was a bit hidden to see, but the property sent me a mobile number, eventhough we arrived at 00.30am , we can still easy to check in ^_^

it's in canggu raya, not in busiest canggu area, the benefit is we were easily to get out from canggu area to another area, if we want to canggu area by walk, did sporty walking in the morning, etc it's easy. near also from tanah lot

The villa provided us with privacy. Was nice overlooking the pool area from the bedrooms. Was good having an outdoor kitchen and a dining area where we ate breakfast. The pool was in a good location to maximise the sun and was not shaded by trees or buildings.

•There is no sign on the street front for the villa. Our taxi driver wasted so much time driving up and down the busy main street, driving down side streets and stopping and asking local people. He was given different directions by a few people and then after about an hour driving around he found it. It is down a narrow walkway behind a pet supply shop and a laundry shop. The only sign is at the end of the narrow pathway. •No hand towels for bathrooms •No Bath mats •Liquid soap bottles in both bathrooms empty - the one in Villa 1 is broken at the base. •Bath towels are thin, worn with holes and grey in colour. •Did not get clean towels during our 5 night stay. •Hot water in showers only last a minute or so before going cold. Only enough hot water for one person for a quick shower. Not enough hot water for two persons to have consecutive showers so we had to use the shower in the other room. •No towel rails in bathrooms, only one hook for two towels. •Toilet paper holder is in an awkward position at the very rear side of the wall. Needs to be moved further forward. •There was no pressure in the shower of villa 1. Had to request it to be fixed. •Only one thin old T-towel in kitchen •No serviettes provided or for when breakfast was served. •No answer when we constantly rang the mobile number to order breakfast one morning. Sent a text message and had to walk across the road and down the side street to place the order at The Lebak kitchen. •The back of the Dining chairs are broken at the join. •Need an outdoor towel rack to hang the wet pool towels and wet bathers. •The outdoor kitchen bin lid is dirty. •There is only one teaspoon in the cutlery drawer. •There is an intermittent hot water pressure noise during the day and throughout the night. •The villa is located behind a shop on the busy main road so there is a constant sound of traffic all day and throughout the night. •The safety deposit box is not secured and can be picked up and carried away.

The villa was very clean and sheets and towels smelled nice. There was filtered water available and there were many easy access services such as home massage and home breakfast.

It was very close to a warung so smells were continuously filtering from the kitchen. The villa is a lot smaller than what it seems like in the pics, is was so small that the access to the second room was complicated because of the pool and the hammocks. It was very noise but nevertheless it didn’t disturb our sleep.

Cosy. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, you could text message and get a quick response if you needed towels etc. Location was close to some restaurants in the same street and 5-10 min moped ride from beach. Dry cleaners and Balinese restaurant next door.

Very hard to find the location, no sign out the front. Ended up having bed bugs (however I messaged the staff who were responsive and changed the sheets), needed to message for fresh towels and more towels (again, I messaged staff early in the morning and they brought clean towels within 1/2 hour), because of location near grass some ants inside

Amazing staff, cannot fault staying here one bit.
