Villa Meraviglia - Private Villa with garden, pool and Breathtaking Lake Como Views

Great location. Beautiful views from the villa, pool and jacuzzi.

We spent four days at this villa on Lake Como, and overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay. The size and upkeep of the property deserve commendation, as does the enchanting view of Lake Como from the villa. The house itself has a certain charm and was very clean and well-equipped during our stay. Notably, the heated whirlpool and the two terraces overlooking the lake were among the highlights of the accommodation. The hospitality of the host was pleasant and helpful, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Overall, we are considering booking this villa again and can recommend it.

The house boasts a magnificent view and prime location. I appreciate its architecture which, given its age, adds considerable charm. The varied terraces provided wonderful gathering spots. We also took our host's recommendation to hire a chef for an evening, which was a delightful experience.

If you're seeking a home with the latest technology or luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms, this might not meet your expectations. However, its true value lies in the communal spaces, the garden, and the view.

The view is fantastic!!! We loved the pool, the hot tub, the deck! Eating our lunch and dinner by the lake were wonderful. Never had a chance to meet the host because she is pregnant but she responded my messages pretty quickly, helped me to book the taxi, etc.

1. The website said there are 11 beds, actually only 9 beds in the Villa. Please update the info so other people know what they expect. 2. Kitchen is way too small for such a big villa. Master bedroom is very spacious but other rooms are small, ok for kids hard for adults. 3. We had a great time until a day or two after we checked out. They messaged me that the ice machine is not working, I told them that we knew the ice machine did not work on the day1, there was not ice coming out of the fridge. I did not report to Deborah mainly because I heard she is heavily pregnant so I did not want to bother her with something we can live without. Not like the toilets problems that we had to report right away. Instead, we stored bottles of water in the refrigerator that the staff who checked us out saw them…. Regardless the explanation they deducted 100 euros from our deposit. What can you do? They had the money…

the Villa is fantastic and great for the family

there are a lot of insects, Small insects and Flying bugs.

Spectacular location, view, and the hot tub and pool were in great condition. Great recommendations from host for local food and activities.

The house has a serious ant and spider problem. Even before we brought food in the house we found swarms of ants in the bedrooms and living rooms. It's a lake house so some bugs are to be expected, but for the price they probably should do some basic pest remedies. The check in and check out process was a bit overly complicated compared to other properties

The views are absolutely amazing. It's a large, private property with amazing views from the bedrooms, the gardens, the hot tub, etc. Just stunning. The villa is large with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable fits 12. Deborah, our host, was super responsive both before and during our stay, and is really service-minded. Thank you!

There is nothing I would improve; the house is such a wonderful setting for a family/friends gathering in the beautiful lake Como area. You do want rental car(s) though, as you will be a bit disconnected from the world without a car (even if the local restaurant 2 min walk from villa was really nice!)
