Molly's Cottage

The property is fabulous. The location and facilities were exceptional. All the staff were polite and catering to all our needs

Location was good Amongst apple orchards. Building of the property was tastefully constructed

Attitude of the owners. Inadequately staffed. The manager is made to do everthing from repair , maintenance of property as well as running the restaurant . The flushes were not working. No utensils in kitchen. No daily cleaning of the bungalow. No water in taps . Restaurant food was not well prepared. No tea bags for the morning tea .When the owners were informed of the same they didn't appear too concerned.

Great Family time, toiletries, property accesibility , location , cleanliness , Surrounding , Visible nature , Audible Nature , food quality. All was top notch. Looking forward for snow fall visit.

- Host could have been welcoming & interactive , since it's a small property , main purpose to chose is to feel homely , but sadly couldn't . - Purpose of Providing a kitchen was defeated, where utensils are not present. - One bit "Guests staying in hotel and Guest staying in Villa are two different set of clients with unique expectations"

Food quality was very disappointed , I don't know why but usually our stomach got disturbed just after taking the meal either in breakfast, lunch or dinner. There must be some hygiene issue and may be the available food preparing items are expired or impure water issue. But must say the food the provide was really bad for the health. Our whole family got sick while living the cottage

The property is a private haven with a great view of the snow-clad mountains on all sides. It was well maintained and clean.

Their food was good but basic. It's tough to get outside food within the vicinity of Molly's unless you have a vehicle at your disposal.

Property was at good location.

There was no stove in kitchen to cook for at midnight

Beautiful scenery filled with fresh snow.

Facility is not maintained well... Severely understaffed. Kitchen without utensils, TV not working, Poor heating, not readily accessible due to snow and ice. Should clear the path manually. Did not inform that the staff was not available. Only one person try to cover all task resulting in poor service. The manager did not alert us of road closures and staffing issues due to bad weeks...
