Casa di Somnia Luxury Residence

The peaceful location - yet close to resort of Tigaki . Enjoyed walk down country lanes to Salt Lake and beach. Enjoyed refreshing dips in the pool. The villa was spacious, modern and very clean. Fabulous views from the roof terrace. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Had problems with the TV sound - the instructions were in Greek (in Greece!) - but not a huge problem. I'm sure the owner would have fixed it if we had asked.

Beautiful Villa, very well kept with amazing facilities

Feel it's a shame for such a stunning villa that there is only one toilet/small shower room, which was fine for us, but could be less than ideal for the full complement of 6 people. You need transport for the villa as the nearest shop is at least a 25 minutes (hot) walk away

A beautiful new villa with all the necessary equipment and with a swimming pool and a large private parking lot. Nice view from the upper terrace, which can also be well shaded. Peaceful surroundings. Good location, but you need a car, motorbike, ATW or bicycle for trips around the island. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I hope we will return to this villa.

the Villa was so clean and you had everything that you needed to Cook or wash. It also was so luxurious and looked so new. you had a great view from the Villa!! the sunsets are incredible. the best Part of this booking was not the Villa… Michael the Host was so extremly Helpful. always had good Tipps or called us Taxis, when we needed it. He drove us to the next accomendation and Even brought a towel the Next day, because my friend forgot it at the Villa. would recommend 10/10.

Sofia and Michael, the owners of Casa Di Somnia, were great hosts and couldn't do enough to make our stay on Kos memorable. They were very quick to respond to any questions and gave us great suggestions on things to do and places to go during our week long stay. The Villa works well for 4 adults with two large double rooms, wet room and open plan kitchen, living space, all tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. The roof terrace is a great feature with good views and it's own facilities. The villa has loads of great features, well equipped kitchen, super fast WiFi, TV with Netflix/Prime etc.. In terms of location the closest beach, with Bars and Restaurants, is Tigaki which is 5 mins by car. However, the island is small and you can get virtually everywhere in 20 mins if you hire a car (quad, buggy, scooter, etc.). If you want to stay local, bike hire, which is easy, would get you to the local beaches in 10/15 mins. Casa Di Somnia lives up to its listing and exceeded our expectations.

Can't think of any negatives to be honest - the listing is accurate and was exactly what we expected.
