"Fantastic villa"

The staff was very helpful. We loved the villa and services. All the amenities are in the place . I would love to come back to this villa whenever I come to Bali. Once again thanks to Jonny,manager of villa who helped us a lot.

the villa was full of insects and bugs, and coffee & tissues were not refilled for example, when they clean the villa unless we asked them to.

The property was massive, great outdoor space! the villa has huge potential. quiet location.

the whole place needs updating. paint the walls. fix the mould. new curtains. it all looked very outdated. again this place has massive potential, it just needs bringing back to life. we had to use all the towels in the villa to block the gaps under each door. every night we’d find bugs and cockroaches crawling around our bed space. even some of the air vents weren’t patched up, which left a massive lizard running around the villa.

Nice view in the rear

The property is overpriced. Difficult to find on a map. Our drivers could never find it. There were many bugs and lizards in the home, there are holes in the wall where they can come in. The water isn’t warm. There is a lot of Mold and water damage. The pictures are from years ago. Only one stove top works. There was a dead cockroach and other bugs near the kitchen utensils (which were also moldy). The staff was just okay, Overall we are extremely unsatisfied. I won’t return and I don’t recommend it.
