Schöne Lage und herzlicher Service, aber einige Schwächen bei Komfort und Ausstattung Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wunderschöne Lage mitten in den Reisfeldern – ein wirklich idyllisches und charmantes Ambiente, das sofort Urlaubsfeeling aufkommen lässt. Besonders positiv ist auch das Personal hervorzuheben: Alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die kleine Anlage hat einen persönlichen Charakter, der deutlich von großen Resorts abhebt.

Weniger überzeugend war jedoch der Komfort in den Zimmern. Die Räume sind sehr hellhörig, sodass man die Schritte und Gespräche der Gäste über einem gut mitbekommt. Die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack extrem hart, was den Schlaf nicht gerade erleichtert hat. Zudem hat das Bett bei der kleinsten Bewegung extrem gequietscht. Mega uncool. Dadurch war man immer sofort wach. Außerdem fiel mir auf, dass die Handtücher nach dem ersten Benutzen einen unangenehmen Geruch entwickelten. Auch die technische Ausstattung könnte verbessert werden: Das Internet ist recht langsam, und das Klimagerät kühlt nur schwach, was an heißen Tagen spürbar ist. Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist nicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen, allerdings wunderbar zu Fuß eingebettet in Reissfeleer, Kokos-und Bananenpalmen. Es könnte wunderschön sein wenn nicht permanent die Roller an einem vorbeiknattern würden und man zur Seite springen muss. Der Weg an sich ist nämlich total herrlich. Zahlreiche kleine Cafés säumen ihn zusätzlich.

La cama muy cómoda, el desayuno muy completo y bueno y el personal muy servicial.

La ubicación es mala, no llegan coches y el personal de tiene que llevar y traer en moto o andando por un camino estrecho y oscuro de noche.. bastante peligroso la verdad.

Hôtel très sympa, chambre avec superbe vue sur les rizières. La chambre est non seulement bien équipée mais aussi bien décorée et propre. Une SDB et toilette en extérieur très sympa! Le personnel a été adorable avec nous tout le long de notre séjour. Petit déjeuner très correcte déposé le matin sur notre terrasse. Location de scooter à dispo si besoin Possibilité de commander des taxis sur place Localisation parfaite - à 10 min de la grande rue - et surtout au calme par rapport à l’animation d’Ubud

Pas d’eau chaude du séjour malgré la très belle SDB Pas de service de lingerie Attention il faut noter que l’hôtel n’est pas accessible en taxi voiture mais uniquement à pieds (1km) ou en scooter (pour les personnes à l’aise) mais l’hôtel propose de venir vous chercher/ou vous déposer à l’entrée du chemin si besoin

Camino al hotel lo más bonito de Ubud… era precioso. El hotel super bonito, buen desayuno, dan paraguas, ofrecen ayuda en todo y puedes contratar con ellos lo que quieras. Habitaciones súper grandes y cómodas.

Falta de alguna toalla más y cambio de las mismas

L établissement était super sympa, très beau, propre et calme.

L établissement n est pas accessible avec une voiture, juste à pied où Scooter donc c est un peu loin du centre mais c est parfait pour des vacances calme et reposantes !

The hotel is set in a beautiful location away from the chaotic scenes of the main streets of Ubud and overlooking the rice terraces. It’s all pretty idyllic a the view from our room and terrace was superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent and served on our terrace. The staff picked us and our luggage up from the main road on scooters as there is no car access to the hotel. This made it all the more peaceful and enjoyable. We rented scooters ourselves and really enjoyed exploring the beautiful countryside around Ubud.

Struttura nuova, pulita ed elegante, immersa nelle risaie in ambiente tranquillo e piacevole. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e disponibile.

Struttura davvero molto curata e accogliente immersa nelle risaie. Lo staff è molto disponibile e attento alla cura del cliente. La colazione molto ricca e varia, servita direttamente fuori dalla stanza.

La posizione è sia un pro che un contro: offre tranquillità e riparo dalla caotica Ubud, ma allo stesso tempo bisogna tenere conto che c’è una bella passeggiata di 10/15 min da fare per raggiungerla. In compenso lo staff è davvero super disponibile per offrire passaggi e pick-up.
