Ambience was quite good .Staff was polite and understanding .Place was great n unique.

The manager met us after we arrived. The place is located in a remote area so it’s peaceful. The manager didn’t meet us that often during our stay and it was often hard to get a hold of him. The two guys who were assigned to our room Chintu and Sufian were wonderful. Really a godsend. They took very good care of us.

The place is unnecessarily expensive. We stayed for three days and not even breakfast was included in the price of stay. Since it’s such a remote location besides the plunge pool there is nothing else to do around there. There are no entertainment facilities at the place. The location also does not have a kitchen so we had to tell the manager what we would like to eat 24 hrs before each meal. The food was okay but super expensive. And since there is not many restaurants around the remote area, ordering through the management is the only real option. We stayed in the middle of summer so it was really hot and the electricity was unreliable and the generators did not work a few times. I would not recommend staying at this place for more than a day/night.

Location, Accessibility and Food.

Cleanliness. Anti Lizard treatment would make the evenings also worthwhile. 6-8 Lizards in our open Living Room is not acceptable . Similarly. washrooms drainage was pathetic

The facility, arrangements, staff and hospitality was excellent. Very neat and clean and extremely comfortable. A relaxing outing with family in the mid of wilderness and close to nature. The food was great and in sufficient quantity. The staff was very particular about the well being and accommodating.

The price is on the higher side. Given that it was in the mid of forest, nothing much to see around. Price should include food. Charging extra for food is costly.
