Excellent service / communication throughout. This is a great close-to-airport stayover. We took the whole property, but I believe it can be shared by multiple customers, with lockable rooms. Also their recommended taxi service - Samantha - very good. Very good value for money.

Check in was ready and no problem. Property was clean and as described. Both property and garden are extremely comfortable. The villa is well equipped in all areas. The location is a quality and quiet area yet very close to all facilities in Negombo. A good night's sleep, relaxing inside or out, cooking, eating together, laundry and parking are fully catered for. Our hosts, Chandana and family live next door and are on hand for assistance and respond immediately. They looked after us extremely well. Thanks. All of our family group of six fully enjoyed our 8 night stay and would immediately choose to stay here again. This is a good value and recommended villa.

The people that met us when we arrived very early in the morning was lovely. The place was great for a group. It would have been perfect with breakfast.

Mosquitos outside the front of property (none inside). Could do with air-conditioning in the main area
